Having grown up in the Upstate, I am familiar with our local communities, school districts, and social and recreational facilities.  Assisting you with buying or selling in either Greenville or Spartanburg County is my specialty.  I am married to a custom builder, so I am very familiar with new construction homes of all scales -- as well as the resale markets in both counties.  

As a former real estate paralegal, my real expertise is getting your home closed after contract acceptance.  Whether you are a buyer or seller client of mine, I will guide you through the "contract to close" process with ease and explaining all steps so that you're also familiar and comfortable with each.
